Hearing Consultants is a highly collaborative team of professionals whose patient care and learning plays a big role in their every day. Location: Lake Saint Louis, MO (occasional travel to Bridgetown, MO location)

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Medical Office Coordinator to join our front office team. You’ll be the welcoming face of our practice — greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and helping keep things running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, detail-oriented, and a true team player. They’re comfortable interacting with patients, colleagues, and other medical offices in person, on the phone, and via email. Prior experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong people skills matter most.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (40 hours/week)
